Scarlet Nexus is an action role-playing game with a single-player mode. You can play as Yuito or Kasane, members of the Other Suppression Force. They are tasked with defending the city from creatures known as the Others. In the game, the theme song is called “Dream in Drive” by The Oral Cigarette.
Scarlet Nexus includes both an auto-save system, which automatically saves the game, and a manual save option that lets players save their game at any time. This dual save system provides flexibility for players to preserve their progress according to their preferences.
Auto-Save system
Scarlet Nexus’s auto-save feature automatically saves your game when you reach a checkpoint or enter new areas. When the auto-save feature triggers, you will be notified with a game logo that appears in the corner of the screen.
How to save the game manually?
You can save your game manually by following the steps below:
- Quit your play session halfway through and follow the yellow shopping cart icon on your mini-map.
It will lead you to an NPC named Satori. - Press the Y button on Xbox or the triangle button on the Playstation to talk to Satori.
- After that, choose a save slot to save your game.
