Hex Mark
Hex mark will apply the marked status effect to all enemies in the area for two turns. You can do it in three turns if you upgrade it, and it also gives you heroism. It is important to play the second turn to unleash the affected area. Once you defeat them, your turn card takes place.
The marked targets will refund the card if they die. It would be best if you marked the big characters on the battlefield. The reason is that you can get a refund of minion kills with quick attacks. You can mark the targets, and the big characters weaken when you attack. Once you get the refund, you can attack them again. Your other team members can also attack the targets you marked with their Aoes and abilities. So the Witch is a great help to her team as well.
Hex field
The hex field is damaging AOE, which gives her heroism. The damage around Scarlet Witch gives heroism; to get that, you need to move her to an identical location. This ability has less damage, you may not get kills of elite or big enemies, but you can get kills of minions from the attack of this ability.

It is the only damage ability she has other than Hex field, which is not much damaging.
Passive Ability
Wrong place, Wrong time is the passive ability that gives her a chance to debuff a random nearby enemy in each turn. In this, you don’t know which enemy will be debuffed.
