First Secret Quest

The first secret quest in Cyberpunk 2077 is a throwback to 2013. You will need to go to the clothing store downtown the night city to activate this quest. 

Then you have to return to the store to do the bullet quest and return to the store. Talk to the clerk again and you will find that a cyber psycho is attacking the store.

You need to hold them or damage them enough until the Maxtac arrives. Once they arrive, they will take charge of the cyberpsycho. 

There are a few dialogue options you can pick from and you will get an aggressive vibe from the Maxtac lieutenant.  

After the short story, you will get to know that these Maxtac officers were cyber psychos themselves. 

After that, the store clerk will tell you how they were captured as cyber psycho and then reformed by Maxtac. 

She is Mellisa Rory who appeared in the 2013 teaser of the game, seen fighting as a cyber psycho.

During the Quest hunt, you will break into the NCPD lab with River, you will find some research on Melissa Rory. It describes her having relapses of anti-social behaviors and she needs high medicine doses to stay smooth. 

At the end of this bullet quest, you will get 30% off at this particular store. 

Second hidden Quest

The second hidden quest interaction is when the cyber psycho siding smoke in the water. It is in the peer in Pacifica.

You just have to follow Regina’s wishes and don’t finish the cyber psycho. When the quest ends, you will get a message from Regina that Maxtac is on its way.

Leave the place and come back after a few days and you will find the NCPD there. You will find a soldier in military gear. It seems like Maxtac recruited this guy like they recruited Mellisa Rory

Third Hidden Quest 

The third hidden quest is the Highwayman quest. There is no map marker or quest marker for this quest. Nothing will indicate you to go to the garage, you just have to go there. 

The garage is located in Santo Domingo. 

In the garage, you will find a broken bike, and Johnny will pop up to tell you that he wants a similar bike for himself. 

You have to read the message on the computer, the message is from James to Josie. 

Now your task is to find James with the only clue that he is in Japan.

You need to find James by yourself in Japan town. You will find him sitting on a bench in Japan town. James will describe to you how Tiger Claws wrecked Josie’s boke and, she stole the tiger claw boss’s bike in response.

You will get a quest marker and you will find out that she was at the metro stop. Go there, use your scanner, and follow the blood droplets.

You will find Josie’s body near a dumpster and after reading her shard, you will realize that Josie was injured during the fight with tiger claws.

After that, she came here and asked James for help. And there you imply that James killed her in the end.

Now you need to go back to confront James and you will find the code which is written on the bench. 

After that, travel to the right across the street and you will find the garage. Put on the code and you will find a brand-new motorcycle for yourself. 

Fourth Secret Quest

Panam Palmer is the most iconic and important character of Cyberpunk 2077. There are some secret quest choices to make her angry with you.

During the quest Riders of the Storm, you need to help Panam to save Saul (The leader of Panam’s gang). It will be a duo mission for you and Panam. 

After discussion, go to the enemy’s camp, where Saul has been held and you will have the hidden option to run away. 

After that, you will receive a message from her that where you went, and then she will text you with great anger because she is feeling betrayed. 

It will fail The Rise of Storm quest and you will not have any communication with Panam. It is a little boring because the amazing dialogues with Panam are not going to happen again. 

Fifth Secret Quest

Alternatively, you can go to save Saul from a different route. You will have a secret option during this.

If you maintain stealth during the mission, then you can skip the car chase. 

You just have to get to the van with Saul and Panam and drive off peacefully. After that, you can get off from there without a car chase. 

Sixth Secret Quest; 

Immediately after completing the quest of Riders of Storm, there is a hidden quest. It is only available after completing the quest “Riders of the Storm” and before the next quest with Panam.

You have to go to the mobile camp to show up the map marker for this one. If you are scanning side jobs to do, this may not be on your map. 

The quest I’ll Fly Away will be a funeral for Scorpion. You and Mitch will give the final send-off to the Scorpion. You will need to drive to the collapsed bridge in the badlands and you will discover that it is some kind of interesting or odd funeral. 

There, you have to set the car on fire and drive it away.

Once you give a funeral to Scorpion in the car, you will have dialogues with Mitch. He will give you some unique items. 

This is a decoration piece, you can return it to your apartment and you can place it on your side table. You will also get a unique knife stinger. This knife will rework with patch 1.6 and has a chance to cause poison and a lot of bleeding. If the enemy is bleeding, and you hit them, then it will cause poison to the enemy. 

Seventh Secret Quest

If you want to get rid of Panam and Mitch, you have to expose their plans to Saul. After completing the Riders of the Storm, Panam will call you to come back to the camp. You will find that Panam and Mitch are going behind the back of Saul to steal the Basilisk. You can ruin their plan by telling Saul. 

When you return to the camp, you, Panam, and Mitch will talk to the rest of the team to discuss the heist and the location.

After that, the team will be going to the location and you have to wait for the next phase of the mission or you can go to Saul. 

At this point, the game will never give you the option to talk with Saul. For that, you need to get close to Saul.  When you get close to him, you will find the options and at that point, you can select the option to expose Panam’s plan to Saul. 

He will ask you, that why are you telling him all this. You will have options for the dialogue with Saul. After that, leave the camp and Panam will call you. She will be angry at you for betraying her. 

After that, Saul will text you and tell you how Panam and Mitch went away and established the new camp and left the Night City. But he is happy with your actions and will reward you with an amazing car. 

Eighth Secret Quest

In the quest, The Hunt, River will call you for help because a serial killer took down some people in the city, including kids. NCPD captured this guy and he suffered some traumatic brain injury during the process. 

River’s nephew is missing, and he suspects that this guy is involved, but he can’t question him because of his injury. You have to start finding his missing nephew with him and meet Joss (Nephew’s Mom).

You need to be attached to his family. Once you are getting involved, you will get the option of abandoning River. 

When River asks you to spend the night at Randy’s trailer, you can say no to him. 

After a few days, you will get a text from River, where he expresses how abandoned he feels. 

After a few days, you will get a message from Joss, telling you about the finding of the bodies of River and Randy. 

Once you start investigating, you will get to know that River made it there alone, but couldn’t complete the job alone. 

There is also a different way to fail this quest, When you reach the farm with River, you can run away.

You will also get texts from him and eventually, he will text you that he is doing this all alone.

When you return to the farm, you will find the body of the river. 

Johnny also tells you that you did wrong, but these are ways to abandon the River.

Nineth Secret Quest

In Bean on the Brat, there is a secret interaction. You can take down the clown named Ozob.

He has a secret feature of a grenade on his nose. While fighting with him you can make things easier if you use electricity and for that, you have to equip some gorilla arms. Go to the Ripperdoc on the north side, where you can get the electrical knuckles for the gorilla arms. 

With your electrical gorilla arms, you need to hit him on the nose to activate his grenade and he will blow up. 

You can also get a shock n awe implant, which is also available at the Ripperdoc. You can also activate the grenade by using this. 

If you unlock the grenade(the clown is using), you can use it for massive damage. 

Tenth Secret Quest

One secret quest you will find at the dock in the downtown area. You will find the girl crying. Her name is Angie. 

You have to look over the dock and see the river, where you will find the quest icon. 

When you dive, you will find that Angie lost her key. 

You can pick it up and give it to Angie. It is going to be an old-style key. When you give it to her, she will give you 1000 Eddies reward. 

This Quest is simple but it is the key to the larger mysteries in Cyberpunk 2077.
