In this guide, I will share with you everything you need to know about phase 1 of the new event.
We can get around 420 primogems from this event (160 primogems in Phase 1). Phase 1 of the event starts on November 5, 10 AM server time.
Event Quest
After the event becomes available, Talk to Katheryn at Inazuma to start the event pre-quest.
Do note that you need to be at least AR30 and completed the archon quest “A Flower Blooms in a Prison”.
After completing the conversation with Katheryn, head to Tsurumi Island to defeat the ruin grader. You won’t be able to defeat the ruin grader as it will revive itself after reaching 1 HP.
Head back to Inazuma city and talk to Katheryn.
Stormterror’s Lair
Next, talk to Hosseini at Ritou and you will receive a new event gadget – Ayesha’s Chaos Prospector.
Make sure to equip the event gadget when you’re doing the event challenge as it is needed to find the hidden locations.
Check the event details by tapping on the compass icon at the top right corner.
When you are in the event area, a start challenge prompt will appear. Do note that you can only use the event gadget within the event area.
Head towards the direction where the event gadget is pointing after you use the gadget.
You can keep on using the gadget when the gadget no longer has a cooldown.
Sometimes you will discover an exquisite chest that only contains 2 Hero’s Wits. There is only 1 exquisite chest per investigation area.
You won’t be able to use the gadget if you are in combat mode. (take note of the red arrows on the screen) You need to defeat all the enemies before continuing with your treasure hunting.
Sometimes you will find enemies instead of treasure, so make sure you have a team ready to fight.
You might stumble upon a challenge that is not activatable. You can take note of these locations as they might come in handy in phase 2 of the event.
Keep on using the event gadget until you found the general purpose Directional Conduction Component quest item.
The challenge will be completed after you obtain this quest item for that investigation area.
Yaoguang Shoal
Try to do this event during in-game nighttime as the gadget has yellow glowing light and might be hard to see during day time.
The step to complete all the other investigation areas for the first phase of the event is identical to what is mentioned earlier.
