In this guide, I will share with you how to complete the world quest – a sea of fog and the rite of the trees, part 3 of the through the Mists quest chain.
Do note that you will only receive this world quest on the next daily reset after you’ve completed Octave of the Maushiro world quest.
Starting the quest
Teleport to Ritou southwest waypoint and head southeast based on the quest navigation.
Teleport to the Tsurumi Island statue of the seven and head southwest towards the gate.
First tree
Head southwest to the first perch.
After listening to Ipe and Makiri’s conversation, hit the thunderbird Perch until its power is scattered.
You can use Elemental Sight to spot the orbs.
Next, use an elemental skill or an elemental attack to disperse the orbs.
Glide back to the perch and completely destroy it.
Second tree
Teleport to Moshiri Ceremonial site waypoint and head north.
Hit the Thunderbird Perch until its power is scattered.
Track down all the orbs and disperse them using Elemental skill or attacks.
Head back to the perch and completely destroy it.
Third tree
Teleport to Autake Plains north waypoint and head north.
Hit the Thunderbird Perch until its power is scattered.
Track down all the orbs and disperse them using Elemental skills or attacks.
Fourth tree
Head back to the perch and completely destroy it.
Teleport to Autake Plains north waypoint and head west.
Hit the Thunderbird Perch until its power is scattered.
Track down all the orbs and disperse them using elemental skill or attacks.
Head back to the perch and completely destroy it.
Ending
Teleport to Moshiri Ceremonial Site northeast waypoint and head west.
Talk to Sumida to complete the world quest.
