A man has been arrested and charged.

After allegedly being kidnapped and held against her will, a girl has been found in Georgia.

Howard Graham was arrested by the Police after being discovered that he had convinced the girl to leave her home in Kansas.

She left her home inTopeka, Kansas on February 20th.
