Obtain the Odd Keystone

Travel to Route 208 and talk to the Black Belt near the Honey Tree.

You will get the Odd Keystone.

To reach the Hallowed Tower, you must travel to Route 209.

The crumbled structure is found in the easternmost river and is in the middle of the route.

To start the quest, you have to interact with the Hallowed Tower and Place the Odd keystone.

Talk to 32 NPCs in Grand Underground

To bring up your tally, you need to talk to 32 different NPCs.

This is the map of the underground with the locations of where NPCs usually spawn.

Hikers in certain areas are willing to trade you items for spheres.

Although the game counts them as non-playable characters, talking to them doesn't count to your tally.

Each NPC will spawn randomly. You may not find them in the same spot if you enter and exit the hideaway.

Their position changes, if you also enter and exit the grand underground.

You must be patient in finding each NPC.

I'm going to list some names of the NPCs that you can talk to.

Return to Hallowed Tower

Once you have met the requirements, go back to the surface and interact with the tower to begin your encounter with Spiritomb.

Before you spawn the spiritomb, always remember to save the game. If you want to go back, you can.

Encountering Another Siritomb

You can summon another spiritomb by doing the quest at the hallowed tower again.

When you go to the pond south of Twinleaf town, you will find a keystone.

Go to the trees on the west to get the keystone, while surfing.

Go back to Route 209 and place the Odd Keystone at the Hallowed Tower.

32 more NPCs are underground, interact with them again.

Once you have finished, go to the Hallowed Tower to start another encounter with spiritomb.

If you use a Quick Ball to start off against Spiritomb, it will be effective.

Spiritomb is known for being bulky, but burn or poison can slowly chip away at its bulk .

There are other options to consider. For example, you can use Leech Seed or a Ghost-type attack Curse.

Best Natures for Spiritomb

For those of you who want to use Spiritomb.

It's best to choose a Pokemon with an Adamant or Brave nature.

As a physical attacker, it would appreciate the boost in either its Attack.

It doesn't matter that its special attack is inferior or that it has low speed-stat.

This Pokemon is a ghost and dark type.

Spiritomb Weaknesses and resistances

This Pokemon is weak against poison and fairy type Pokemon.

But it's strong against Normal, Fighting, and Psychic-type Pokemon.
