How To Get The Soothe Bell - Pokémon (BDSP)

First you need to go to Hearthome City.

Click Town Map option.

Then you need to go to Pokémon mansion found on Route 212.

Enter into Pokémon mansion.

Go into the room and have a chat with NPC.

After that you will get a soothe ball from NPC.
