Getting to the 5th Badge - Pokémon BDSP
After beating the fourth Gym leader, talk to the Galactic Soldier outside the great marsh.
Next, walk east and speak with him. This will trigger a battle.
Once you beat your rival, go to route 213.
Head southeast. Then, talk to the Galactic soldier and follow him.
Go up the stairs and go into the grand lake hotel.
Go north until you hit Valor Lakefront.
Walk east, then go down the stairs. You'll find a galactic soldier.
Once the battle is over, follow him and you will find Cynthia. Talk to her.
To reach route 210, fly to Solaceon town and head north.
If you go north of route 210, you'll find Psyducks. Use the secret potion on them beside Cafe Cabin.
Cynthia is giving you a nice old Charm that she would like to give to her Grandma in Celestic Town.
Head north. Use de-fog to clear the area.
You must keep going west until you reach Celestic Town.
Go to the center of town. Find the cave's entrance and talk to the Galactic grunt there.
Go inside the ruins and examine the ancient cave paintings on the wall.
Cynthia's grandma will give you a special Surf TM. With this move, you can surf on water!
You should defeat the Gym leader after traveling back to hearthome city.
If you answer each question in the quiz correctly, you will reach Gym leader Fantina.
