Getting to the 6th Badge - Pokémon BDSP
In the southwest area of Canalave City, you can find a sailor to talk to at the dock.
You can go to Iron Island with him.
Once you arrive on the island, start climbing the stairs until you see the cave. Enter the cave.
Turn right and go down the steps.
Go east, then south.
Take the lift down.
On the left, walk down the stairs.
You will then see a character named Riley. Approach him.
Riley will partner with you to help you escape the cave and keep your Pokemon healthy.
Go east, fight the two hikers, then go south.
Start by going west, then go south. You'll want to take the path on the right.
Walk up the stairs and continue going south.
Go up the stairs and battle with a team galactic grunt.
After you help Riley, he will reward you with a Riolu egg.
Riolu evolves into Lucario. It can be an asset to your team because of its strong fighting moves in the sixth or seventh gym.
Head back to hearthome city after exiting the cave.
As you step out of the Pokemon gym, you will run into Cynthia.
After speaking to her, travel to Canalave City.
If you want to get to Canalave City fast, fly to Jubilife City.
From there, go west and pass through route 218.
If you want to get through this route, you'll have to surf.
Go west to reach a building with a blue roof. Pass through that building to reach Canalave City.
Inside the building you'll meet Professor Rowan's assistant.
Go north. Then, cross the bridge to the west.
Your rival will approach you and challenge you to a battle.
Visit the Canalave city Pokemon Gym. To reach it, travel southwest.
Battle the gym leader Byron after solving the gym puzzle.
