Make your way to the nearby pier and start fishing.

You can use the “Burrower: Abyss worm” Lure.

You have to catch “Murk Grouper”.

After catching the fish, take it to Navyth to get the best fishing Red.

The best Fishing Rod called Tranquility is obtained now.
