Gift of charity will let you pass the speech check.
Also lets you take the garlic from her store.
Take a swim with the fishes.
Collect 8X Nordic Barnacle cluster.
There's one hiding one the wall.
Introduce yourself to Jarl Ballin.
Grab some more garlic in the Jarl's kitchen.
Should now have 8X garlic, Nordic, barnacle, and salmon roe.
Head back down and sell off your items.
In Arcadia's combine the 3 ingredients.
Make some super Valuable potions.
Catch a ride to windhelm.
Travel south from windhelm to Kynesgrove.
Pick 4X dragon's Tongue.
Back at windhelm docks, speak to Gjalund.
Pay 250 gold to sail to Solstheim.
Enter the Retching Netch.
Hire Teldryn Sero for 500 gold.
Return to Dragonsreach and buy muffle from Farengar.
Cast Muffle to Powerlevel yourself to level 9.
At level 9 with the Hearthfire DLC you'll get a letter.
Enter Markarth and save Margret.
Margret will give you a necklace which you can sell.
Read the letter from the jarl.
Go to Falkreath and speak to him.
Deal with the Bandits.
Return to falkreath and sell the rest of your potions.
