As you already know, Eliza is a deleted member of the Van Der Linde gang. You can find multiple dialogues in the audio files, where gang members mention her name, and the following dialogues are tiny parts of her missions.

Abigail-Arthur..Arthur! What's wrong? Have you seen Eliza trying to get yourself killed? Well, there are easier ways.

Susan: You have seen that girl Eliza, Mr. Morgan?

Well, If it isn't John Marston. Eliza: I was.

Unfortunately, this line of dialogue is incomplete; John Didn't know Eliza before her 5th mission. So it's safe to assume that the gang met Eliza in chapter 5 while John was in prison.

Thanks to the game files, we know that Eliza would have been stranded on Guarma. Along with Javier, Arthur, Bill, Micah, and Dutch.

Fortunately, we can find out what Eliza would have looked like. Since she appears on the preview photo of one of Guarma's deleted missions, This mission would have served as a setup.

You will learn much about Eliza from Dan Houser for the Hell Hath No Fury mission.

He confirmed that Arthur had a deleted second love interest. He refers to Mary Linton, who remains in the game, and Eliza.

After Eliza was deleted, the devs reduced her role to the mother of Arthur's son. Arthur talks about her during the Archeology For Beginners mission.

Even though Eliza was removed the devs still left a cool Eliza easter egg behind. It's an inside joke.

You can find this easter egg inside of the serial killer's shack.

There's a poster of Eliza; the Missing Girl part is a joke because Eliza is missing from the game. We additionally find out that her last name would have been bloom. She's described as a Darling Daughter and Sister; she wasn't a wife because she was supposed to be Arthur's love interest.

As you can see, her appearance fits one of the Guarma mission photos.

This changed once the devs decided to delete Eliza. Even though Eliza's removed, she is still in an interesting way, a part of the game, Would you have liked to see Eliza in the game or do you prefer her being deleted?
