Deleted Guarma Secrets Revealed on GTA Online's Tattoo in Red Dead Redemption 2

The Sharks! Anyone who's familiar with Guarma's deleted content will notice the sharks fins right away.

That's because sharks were originally supposed to appear in the waters of Guarma. You can kill them with a sniper rifle.

The sea Monster! The first thing you've probably noticed on this tattoo is the sea monster.

It's widely known that a creature called river monster was deleted from RDR2, here some of its audio. You already know what the river monster was supposed to look like, thanks to GTA online.

Thanks to GTA Online again as you also know where you can find it in RDR2.

The snake! You may wonder why Rockstar put a snake here.

Since you can already find various snake species on Guarma, that's because there's one snake you can find in game files that wasn't used. It's named 10ft red BDA snake, it'd be really cool to stumble upon something like this in the game.

The small Red BOAS in RDR2 are exclusive to Guarma, it confirms that the 10 Ft one would be exclusive to this island.

The Bigfoot! This part depicts a sasquatch and a cave.

It actually represents RDR2's giant that’s hidden in the cave.

For some time after discovering the giant easter egg, they thought it was bigfoot, not a giant, hiding in the cave.

Rockstar noticed that and that's why they showed him here as bigfoot.

Originally the giant was supposed to have the ped model and you can interact with him a lot more.

Thanks to the tattoo, you finally know that you originally could have met the giant on Guarma. Unfortunately Rockstar didn't have time to finish guarma and reduced the giant to a short conversation in Grizzlies east.

The Treasure Trail! This secret is shown with three places an a path, it starts with the pirate ship, stops on the tree and ends on the chest.

The spot where the ship looks is quite similar to the deleted part of Guarma called El Hueco.

So you can assume that you would've seen it here. You can find a pirate ship in RDR2, so maybe it's the same one that was going to be on Guarma.

You know that this unused pirate corse would've been on the Guarma pirate ship.

You could pick up his hat, Which is slightly different than the one you can pick up now.

You could also loot the pirate and get a skeleton key. It was either needed to open the treasure chest or it was simply a collectable.

You can assume that you could've found a treasure map here.

The treasure trail then leads to something that looks like a tree, this would've been the location of the second treasure map.

The trail ends here on a treasure chest near a lake.

Judging by the shape, you can assume that this was the lake.

As for what would've been inside the treasure chest, there are a few options, it either could've been the unused mayan relics.

Or the Guarma emerald that's mentioned in the treasure hunter disappears article.

The insect! Now let's focus on the insect.

This was most likely a place where you could encounter some sort of insects.

This secret could've been similar to the hornet nests you can find in the game.

The spider! As for the spider.

Just like the insect, it could mean that there would've been spiders on Guarma.

The Deadly poison spider, even if it is only an image, the spider symbol could mean that there was some sort of a spider painting collectable on Guarma.

The Teepees! here you can notice multiple teepees around a death symbol.

It basically means that this secret revolves around dead Native Americans. The tattoo symbol refers to the Valentine curse painting that was deleted from the game.

As you can see, this symbol looks really similar to what's on the Valentine curse painting.

The animal hide would've been divided into four pieces.

And you could've found them scattered around Guarma, learning about a Valentine secret on Guarma would've been a cool way of making the RDR2 world even more complex.

Quicksand! there’s no need of any explanation.

It just means that there was supposed to be quicksand on Guarma.

There are some lines that mentions it in the game files.

Weed Leaf! Because of all the palm trees scattered around the tattoo, the weed leaf is quite easy to miss.

You could've found a weed plantation on Guarma, as well. Probably somethings similar to the ones that are on Cayo Perico.

Chupacabra! Now let's take a look at the last secret on the tattoo, it is supposed to be some sort of a chupacabra easter egg. The silhouette of this animal.

Is quite similar to the one of chupacabra from undead nightmare.

It's truly a shame that Rockstar didn't have time to finish Guarma, The ability to travel there by ship and finding all the secrets would've been awesome.

Maybe one day we'll get to see the fully developed Guarma in Red Dead Online.
