You will need to go to Rhodes at night.
Go to the Bank of Rhodes.
Then move up the ladder and look down into bank.
Look inside the bank from the top.
And then go back down.
The back gate is locked.
So you need to go to the front entrance.
Enter the Bank of Rhodes.
One sheriff guards the bank at night.
You will enter the banking area inside.
Lasso and Hogtie the sheriff.
Entrance to vault area is locked as well.
If another sheriff come, you have to go to teller gate.
Use a lantern and gun trick to go inside.
And explore inside the bank of Rhodes.
You will get a special jail cell key.
Continue exploring.
And get money from teller counters.
Examine bank vault area.
The bank vault is locked, can't get in.
If morning comes, a teller will be inside.
You have to lasso and hogtie teller.
Loot for a special letter to Pa.
Read letter to Pa from satchel.
Teller is a member of the Chelonians UFO cult!
No option to force this guy to open the vault.
Now you will need to exit the bank.
Go back when you have no wanted level.
Go to the sheriff office (has jail).
Don't cause trouble and go to jail cell.
Jail cell is locked (check jail cell key).
You can't use jail cell key from outside cell.
Break into a jail cell from outside.
And walk to the right to get inside view.
You have to try jail cell key from inside jail cell.
Jail cell key can't be used here.
Talking to jail cell occupant does nothing.
Now you need to exit the jail cell.
