Use a wagon to climb on the shed roof.
Use health/dynamite/Ragdoll to go up.
You have to go to the zombie door.
Check behind the zombie door.
Rocks below and empty path to outside.
Check other buildings.
The largest building is empty.
Look inside the storage shed.
Look inside the prison manager building.
Surrender to guards to go to Saint Denis.
