Players discovered that they could only upgrade the physical version of the GTA trilogy remaster on Xbox.

Many fans criticise developers on social media platforms due to bugs and graphical glitches.

Ben Turpin, a popular Grand Theft Auto informant, tweeted that the PS5 upgrade isn't available for the physical version on PS4.

A Twitter user, Wes Fido, added that the Rockstar Support specialist said players could only upgrade the digital versions of the game.

But fans are waiting for an official statement regarding the PlayStation upgrade.

The fans are not sure why Rockstar Games has made this decision.
