Has Nvidia Just Become The Good Guy In The Whole DLSS VS FSR VS XeSS Debate?

Nvidia was never an open-source champion.
They often required devs to sign up to use.
Dev is limited and expensive.
Developers don’t have to figure out a way to plumb manually every different upscaling into their game.
It reduces the amount of time it takes to add different solutions.
Streamline exists in between the game itself and the final render API.
It will even work on Vulkan.
And it’s not restricted to DirectX 12 only.
