How to Beat "Blazing Bull" Boss Battle - Sekiro
Boss Fight Tips
1st Combat tip:
By killing the fodder enemy first, prep for your fight.
To deal your deathblow, sneak up behind.
2nd Combat tip:
With step/jump, Bull’s charge is difficult to evade.
To dodge his charge, dash to your side. To dash away when the charge starts you have to hold the O button.
3rd Combat tip:
By aiming your attacks on his face, you can stun the bull.
When the bull turns after the charge, time your attack timing.
It is easier to hit, Charge attack.
You may get hit with his swing, if you are too close to the bull.
Step back and reposition yourself, if too close.
Notable attacks
1st notable attack:
Charge attack [!].
3 to 4 times in a row, Bull charges at the player.
To avoid its charge, dash to the side.
Chase after the bull and strike from behind, after evading.
2nd notable attack:
Head Swing.
Frontwards, Bull swings head violently.
To evade this attack, step back or to the side.
3rd notable attack:
Head side swipe
After reeling up briefly, the bull swipes his head sideways.
By step dodging backwards, it can be evaded.
When you are behind him, Bull often uses this attack. When in position, be prepared to dodge at all times.
