How to Beat "Juzou the Drunkard" Boss Battle - Sekiro
Boss Fight Tips
1st Combat Tip: Juzou will send his minions to attack you if you do not take care of them. It is important to kill Juzou’s minions in advance.
How to Kill the Minions: Step 1, Enter the building stealthily to the left side of the boss.
Step 2, Stealthily, go down the hallway and find Juzou and a group of minions.
Step 3, First, attack the minion closest to you. When Juzuo notices, quickly kill another before retreating.
2nd Combat Tip: The NPC “Gensai Nogami” will fight for you when you interact with it.
This character can lure enemy attacks from you. Do not forget to talk to him before your fight. His HP is low, so you should wait until you've dealt with the minions.
3rd Combat Tip: When fighting Juzou, use oil and flame vents to stun and burn him.
Juzou’s attacks are slow. Aim carefully, and you should be able to connect.
Notable Attacks
Vertical swing: After reeling up for his strike, Juzou swings his sword vertically.
His attack is slow. Avoid it by dodging to the side.
Double swipe: Juzou quickly swings his sword forward twice in succession.
Although the attack is slow, you can’t avoid it by sidestepping, so jumping back is your option.
Poison mist: Green poisonous mist is spewed by Juzuo.
This mist will poison you. It will hurt you over time.
If you are close enough to be attacked, you can back up to avoid it.
Stomp grapple: In this perilous attack, Juzuo will attempt to grab you.
His grapple will cause a lot of damage and step away to avoid his reach.
