Cast turns undead on the draugr to level restoration.
Make sure to take a break in between for destruction training.
Train until 740 restoration.
For the Necromage perk.
Buy materials for 100 iron daggers.
And can absorb health or turn undead enchanted weapon.
Make daggers.
Buy lesser and petty soul gems from farengar.
When you run out of money, enchant the daggers.
Sell for profits.
Head over to glover on solstheim.
Buy a banished weapon (may take a few resets).
Buy soul gems with your profits.
Enchant the rest of the daggers with banishment.
The banished daggers sell for more gold.
Ride to solitude.
Head to radiant raiment.
Buy any hat, gloves, ring, necklace and alchemy enchant.
Make fortfiy enchanting potions.
And buy grand soul gems from farengar.
