Make them into Dwarven bows until around 70 smithing.
Then upgrade the bows at a grindstone till 100.

Create a set Carved Nordic armor and a Mace.
Return to farming so you can create destruction potions.
Using the gear + seeker will boost the potions a lot.
Should also boost you to 80 alchemy.
Make some enchanting potions.
And some Fortify smithing potions.
Upgrade the gear with the seeker of might + potion.
Get the seeker of Sorcery for enchanting.
Use the enchanting potion and enchant the armor.

Lord stone south of dawnstar for 25% more magic resist.
Return to finally help out captain Veleth.
Kill general falx Carius in fort Frostmoth.
For the Chaos enchantment.
Put Chaos and either absorb health or shock on your Mace.
Finally head to raven rock mine.
25% more shock spell damage.
