With fortify restoration and smithing.
100% restoration reduction and fortify smithing.
Get the lads to wait outside.
And enter the hall of the dead in whiterun.
Kill two off the skeletons inside.
And cast turn undead to powerlevel restoration.
Cast it with 1 hand if you experience game crashing.
Upgrade to higher versions as you level.
Circle of protection is good at level 65 as well.
Get 70 restoration for Necromage.
Enchant your dawnguard armor.
Full sit of enchantments in the description.
Upgrade the armor with the enchantment gear and a potion.
Head to Ironbind barrow.
Clear out the barrow.
Take the weapon at the end with the Fiery souls enchant.
Journey back to solstheim and buy a chaos enchant.
Enchant the crossbow and Waraxe with chaos \ fiery soul trap.
Head to the shrine of Azura.
The black star quest is highly recommended.
The black star will let you continually recharge your weapons.
Continue the dawnguard quest to rescue the moth priest.
After rescuing Dexion speak to sorine jurard.
This will start the quest to rescue Florentius.
Florentius will sell stendarr's aura and vampire Bane.
Speaking to sorine will start ancient technology.
With the final reward being the enhanced dwarven crossbow.
Which is worth it but not completely necessary.
