And buy soul trap from Phinis.
Time for some destruction training.
In between levels cast soul trap on a dead body to level fast.
Repeat until 40 destruction.

Head to the hall of the vigillant south of dawnstar.
For some easy money.
Buy the adept level destruction spells from Faralda.
Also with 40 conjuration you can get the frost Atronach.
Lord stone for +50 armor and +25 magic resist.
