This fight can be tough at low levels but its doable.
Use the Atronach to tank while you attack the wings.
Talk to glover in raven rock.
The ancient Nordic pick is required to mine Stalhrim.
Speak to deor back at the skaal village.
Baldor can be found at the Abandoned lodge.
Damn elves.
Head to the Stalhrim source.
Mine all that juicy Ice.
Head to the palace of the kings in windhelm.
Join the stormcloaks (or imperial if you prefer).
Survive.
First mission is the same for both imperials and stormcloaks.
Well well well look it's everybody's favorite.
Imperial scum.
Slow time shout.
Level destruction as high as you can.
Head to tel Mithryn on solstheim.
Slow time OP.
Lets you can all the dwemer metal in Tel Mithryn.
