1 shot 1 kill.
Head to winterhold and find a chicken.
Take your new friend up to Faralda.
Cast soul trap to level conjuration.
And buy destruction training as you level up.
Repeat until 100 conjuration.
Grab the Twin souls perk for double Atronachs.
Buy icy spear, frost cloak and ice storm from Faralda.
Then head over to deepwood redoubt.
So that you can enter hag's end.
For the second word of slow time
Head to redwater den.
South of the Atronach stone.
And in the jail cell grab the telekinesis tome.
Talk to Drevis at the college to start the out of balance quest.
Save then cleanse the point.
We are looking for +100 magicka for 2 hours buff.
Reload the save until you get it
Once you have it cast telekinesis on a bucket to level alteration.
With the adept alteration perk it wont burn any magicka.
The stability perk will increase the duration of slow time.
Making it even more god like.
Also you can actually level destruction by blasting Ancano.
Finally complete the college quests up until Labyrinthian.
For the final word of slow time.
At this point it's ridiculous.
Ice storm to slow enemies and drain stamina.
