Cast unbound storms ans then fast travel to a location without NPC's.
It will level destruction to 100.
Go to the college and buy all the shock spells.
Then head over to the silver blood Inn in Markarth.
Inside one of the rooms, find the crypt of the heart.
And follow the quest markers.
Oh some baddies.
I suck at aming.
I feel very trapped right now.
Purify the heart so you don't have to fight the knight.
Finishing the quest will reward the ebony spell knight armor.
Go to white ridge barrow on Solstheim.
Blast through.
Some light reading.
Dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge.
Grab the seeker of might at the end for some extra armor.
Pick up the Astronach stone for some magic defense.
Then off to Kolbjorn barrow to help ralis.
Wait 3 day here.
Then fast travel to Ravenrock.
To spawn this loser.
Back to the barrow.
Clear it.
Grab the boots.
The quest continues the same way waiting 3 days each time.
Just make sure you pick up the 3 other armor pieces as you go.
