You can equip all 5 at once allowing for 5 fortify alchemy slots.

The highest you can get without Necromage is 54% - bot bad.
For the final set, add in the captains boots and a chest piece with smithing.
Don't forget to enchant the ring, necklace and glvoes with smithing /alchemy.

Make an enchanting potion.
And a fortify smithing potion using the gold Kanet and Blisterwort from Arcadia.
Switch to the seeker of might.
Use the smithing potion.
Upgrade the spell knight armor for easy smithing levels.
Enchant all the armor.

Head to redwater Den.

Inside the cell, grab the Telekinesis tome.
Cast Telekinesis on an item and fast travel.
If the distance is far enough, alteration will hit 100.
Pick up the defensive alteration perks.
Then head up to Bleak falls to start the main quest.
Get dragons to start spawning.
It's clobberin time.
Do some learning.
Follow the DLC quest.
Inside the temple is the first word of dragon aspect.
Thunder, thunder, thunder, thunder, thunder, thunder.
After you get kicked out, read it again and head straight back in.
Progress as far as you can.
At the end is the second word of dragon Aspect.
