Scrap sanctuary.
But save the workbenches: move them to a central location.
Take all the items from the workshop to become encumbered.
This lowers your endurance.
Then use the special book on endurance to increase to 11.
Make sure to grab the Grognak comic in your house.
At level 2. Get the science perk & set up some water purifiers.
Don't forget to loot the root cellar.
Head to red rocket.
Big rats around these parts.
Scrap red rocket.
Leave Dogmeat behind.
Into the Mole rat den under red rocket.
Get the black-rim glasses for +1 Charisma.
Drop off the Haul.
Sleep.
Set up some defenses.
Head down to concord.
Take out the bad boys in front of the Museum.
Be right up preston.
Check the dead Minuteman for a Militia hat (+1 Charisma).
Doesn't matter if you don't get once.
