Until Boston after dark.
After Boston after dark PAM will give you mercer safehouse.
The location will be a random settlement to clear.
Return to PAM.
The cache will be in a random location too.
After 1 or 2 jackpot missions talk to tinker tom.
To unlock ballistic weave.
Apply it to either a green rag hat or newsboy cap.
And the army fatigues.
Make the trek to Dunwich borers.
Take out the raiders.
And Ghouls inside.
Into the depths.
You will also want the Melee bobblehead from trinity tower.
And the STR bobblehead from mass fusion (after 10 STR).
