Enchant some item with fortfiy Restoration / Alternation for 100% spell reduction.
Then head over to Broken Fang cave.
If you got Teldryn back, make him wait outside.
Take out the Nasties in the first room.
In the next room, let the vampire give you a good suck until you catch vampirism.
Wait 3 days for it to progress.
Nice timing Teldryn.
Cast Telekinesis on an item.
Then fast travel while holding to level Alteration to 100 instantly.
