Enchant a Falmer Helm, Ring, Necklace, Gloves and a circlet with alchemy.
The Falmer Helm can be worn over the circlet for two helmet slots.
Use the new Enchanted gear to make an even better enchanting potion.
Then use the potion to make even better alchemy gear.
An endless cycle.
Make a final set with smithing / alchemy.

Make a smithing and enchanting potion.
Upgrade thee armor, will instantly level you to 100 smithing.
Don't forget the bow.
Then enchant it.
