Head northeast out of raven rock till you hit a mining Camp.
Mine the Geodes for easy cash.
Then continue heading north.
There are also some sapphire geodes near this shack.
Just watch out for Jumpy boys.
Further north down the waterfall.
Jump off just before the end and head down the hill.
To reach the castle Karstaag caverns.
Just Inside is the formula.
Back to Glover.
Blackguard armor.
Also make sure to grab glovers letter.
Back in Skyrim get a ride to Morthal.
And head to Fallon's house.
Buy conjuration training - save - pickpocket back gold.
If you fail reload the save and try again.
Repeat until 20 conjuration for the Mystic Perk.
Once 20 conjuration head back to the theives Guild.
And find Niruin for archery and pickpocket training.
Repeat the process until 100 pickpocketing.

The perfect touch perk lets you steal equipped armor.

Pickpocketing Gems and Jewelry makes a lot of money.
Stolen items can be sold to Tonilia or any other Fence.
Only downside is you have to wait 48 hours to reset her gold.
Head over to solitude.
Enter Radiant raiment.
And buy archery and sneaking jewelry.
If you need more gold give glover's letter to sapphire in riften.
She will give you an exquisite sapphire.
Continue with the thieves Guild quests.
Avoid combat when you can.
However the bound bow will still pack a punch.
Continue on with the thieves guild missions.
Grab Chrillrend from Mercer's house if you like.
Nightingale armor is gained during the quest trinity restored.
It has better combat stats but worse thieving stats.
