Pay your debts, and buy kiroshi optics MK 3.

Trajectory analysis.

Trajectory generator and weak spot detection.

You have to wack them into your eyeball.

Then head to instant implants.

And buy a ballistic coprocessor (for the richest).

After that, you will need to fetch your car and visit Delamain HQ.

Complete the Delamain quest.

Easy money and XP + unlocks fast travel points.

Then head to the city centre weapon store.

Buy a Hish-18 Masamune and blue silencer.

You have to complete side jobs for XP/EDs and SC.

Buy level 17 should have 15 reflexes and 27 SC.

And drop in to see fingers on jig jig street.

Buy the Qiant Sandevistan.

Then head to the Ripperdoc downtown for the Arasaka software.

Qiant sandevistan will slow by 25% for 12 sec.

And increase damage by 15% and crit chance by 15%.

Arasaka software will increase the time until detection.

Very good for stealth.

All on a 15 sec cool down.

You will need to continue to level as you see fit.

Get 12 cool and 12 techs and the grease monkey perk.

Head to the assault way south of the map, and clear it.

For the EMP grenade spec.

It costs one common and one uncommon component.

And breaks down for rare and epic ones.
