How to Make an Overpowered Tech Rifle Build in Cyberpunk 2077 - Part 1

Lose the superpowers, and begin your new life.
Hit the hay.
You need to hit up the 10$ soda vending machines until you run out of cash.
You will need to dismantle them and sell them off for phat stacks $$$.
After that, travel around V's apartment in a circle.
And collect all the cans from the soda vending machine.
By the time you complete the loop, they will reset.
You need to repeat to collect as much money as you want.
Save some resources to craft the tech sniper, and some ammo.
And then find Jackie.
After that, head to see Viktor and buy any upgrades you like.
You will need to meet the big dawg.
Buy a scope for the sniper from a gun store.
Also, buy the quick ping hack from a netrunner.
After that, start doing all the open-world activities in the starting area.
Ping at the start of fights to see enemies through walls.
Keep a normal rifle on hand for close-range fights.
You need to continue using vending machines as you go.
And loot everything for selling or disassembling.
The activities are quick and net you a lot of XP / gear / $$$.
Don't forget to upgrade your weapons as you level.
Important items to collect are the Maxdoc MK-2 spec located at the assault here.
And the armadillo crafting spec, located here on the map.
After that, continue upgrading your Cyberware as you go.
Craft either combat amplifiers or maxidoc MK-2's and break them down to get rare components.
You will need to head to a gun store around level 7.
Buy and craft the blue tech sniper.
