Use money from selling potions to buy lesser/petty soul gems.

Enchant the rings with sneak.

Should get around 80 enchanting.

Combine blue butterfly wings and snowberries.

Add smithing to the chest piece, gloves, ring, and necklace.

Create Dwarven bows with your dwarven metal.

Iron for the bows can be brought from any blacksmith.

At 70 smithing begins upgrading the bows with smithing gear.

Will not take long to reach 100.

Head to Fletcher in solitude.

Buy a banish weapon (may take some time)

Enchant the bows with banishment.

Until 100 Enchanting.

Buy weapons with chaos and absorb health from glover.

Create fortified smithing/Alchemy gear this time around.

Use this gear to create broken potions.

Head to Steamscorch mine.

Just northeast of Kynesgrove.

To mine malachite (respawns every 10 days).

Create glass armor+bow.

And enchant it (full list of enchants).

As you progress you will want to upgrade your bow.

Also collect the words of the slow time shout.

Second during the civil war quest.

And the final in Labyrinthian during the college quests.

Slow time turns the build into a monster.
