And head to the chest in the brush near the mine.
Get 4 greater or higher soul gems.
Also take expensive items for selling.
If you don't get the gems you can reset the chest.
By waiting out the front of dawnstar for the caravan.
And enter the shop.
Exit south out of dawnstar after getting the soul gems.
Until you get to the hall of the vigilant.
