Once you get to Whiterun, you have to head to jorrvaskr.
And take the daedra heart from Kodlaks room somewhere quiet.
You have to do the same with the troll fat.
Then speak to Kodlak about joining the companions.
Once you have gained their trust, you need to steal the greatsword.
After that, make your way into the bannered mare.
Cook up a feast, and then go to windhelm.
You will need to head south along the road to collect snowberries and three creep clusters.
After that, enter the windhelm and fast travel back to the stable.
Next, you have to run back and forth between the stable and brandy-mug farm 4-5 times.
It will allow you to trigger the blood on the ice quest inside the windhelm.
Follow the quest steps.
Enter inside Hjerim, and make sure to grab the strange amulet.
Also, make sure you sell it to Calixto corrium to avoid possible bugs later on.
You have to leave the windhelm, and wait three days after the quest.
On return, there will be another victim.
Speak to the wizard.
And then head to the market after dark.
