Then get back to the museum, and steal everything.
Next, you will need to bounce to the dwarven storeroom next to mzulft.
Head southeast of Windhelm.
For another load of metal.
Anise will keep it all safe.
After that, make your way to White ridge barrow on Solstheim.
Don't worry about fighting the boss; take his stuff.
And get the black book.
Speed run it.
And get the seeker of might to make combat skills 10% better.
Then you have to travel to Redwater Den.
And get telekinesis inside.
After that, talk to Drevis at the college.
Approach one of the points and save.
Activate the point and check for +100 Magicka for 2 hours.
And reload the save if you don't get it.
This buff will regen Magicka super fast cast telekinesis to level alteration.
You need to get to around 70 alterations (continue to 100 if you like).
For the magic resistance perks.
Then head to the temple of Mara in Riften.
Begin the book of love quest.
