After that, head to Riften and into the Mistveil Keep.
You have to take the scaly Pholiota from the alchemist room.
And another craft to Windhelm.
Then head south along the road.
And pick three creep clusters.
You will need to build the house and add a garden.
Plant 5 mora tapinella, three scaly pholiota, and three creep cluster.
After that, head back to Markarth and up to the museum.
You have to raid the Dwemer metal.
It will take a couple of trips to grab it all.
Turn them into ingots to fast travel back home.
After that, store them in the chest and head inside.
Then you need to wait three days inside.
It will be long enough for crops to regrow in the garden.
Creep cluster can be a pain to harvest in Skyrim special edition.
Try looking just above the plant to harvest.
Every ten days, head back to Markarth and loot the metal by Calcelmo.
And then go inside the excavation site.
You have to repeat this process until you have a "decent" amount of the items.
