Inside Riften, you will need to visit the orphanage.

And perform an execution.

Head back to Whiterun and follow the road north to Loreius farm.

You have to persuade Loreius for some easy gold from Cicero.

And then get back to Whiterun.

You need to give the gold to a beggar.

Help Carlotta for gold.

And take the veggies.

After that, make your way up to the dragon's reach.

More fresh produce from the dragon's reach the kitchen.

Make vegetable soup for unlimited power attacks.

Then take your cart over to Windhelm.

And visit the Aretino residence.
