Make metal.

Store in the chest at home.

Then "Borrow" the metal from the Museum.

Load up Teldryn when encumbered.

Don't forget calcelmo's Lab.

You have to take out the guard though.

More metal.

Return to Tel Mithryn.

A wild Talvas appears.

Killing the Ash Guardian will let you take the metal.

Return home to harvest the plants.

And drop off the metal.

Then enter your house and wait 3 days (72 hours)

3 days is long enough for the plants to regrow.

Repeat the process.

Every 9 days head back and collect metal.

48 Dwarven metal per run.

Repeat until around 500 metal and 300 ingredients.

Then switch to the thief stone.

And get well rested.

Make potions.

Get Alchemy perks as you level for higher value potions.

Aim for 60 Alchemy.

Head to Jorrvaskr in Whiterun.

Steal their heart.

And give it to a moth in the understone keep in markarth.
