Inside Isolation Ward in Death Stranding
In episode 1, you have to deliver morphine to president.
Go towards the isolation ward.
And fly towards the isolation ward to invisible wall.
You need to go inside the isolation ward and down elevator.
Pay close attention, this is the elevator area.
Those are sick rooms (going inside late).
See opposite side of sick rooms.
There is a big room here.
Behind deadman, there’s a hall to Bridget's room.
Another hall for sick beds in the back.
You have to look at Bridget's president room.
Another view (top-down of dead Bridget).
Later, Sam will carry Bridget's dead body.
You will need to drop her body somewhere.
Go back towards Isolation ward.
And climb until you go over wall on the left.
And climb until you go over wall on the left.
If you are over an invisible wall, you need to fly to Isolation ward.
There is an invisible wall here, land nearby.
After that, go down and follow the path.
You have to drop down here.
And go towards Isolation ward.
There is hole here, you can see the elevator.
Go around the other side of the parking garage.
You have to go down from this hole.
Bridget is dead, rooms below removed.
If Sam dies, he goes back on top.
You have to reload before Sam delivers Morphine.
Fly back inside before Bridget dies.
And then go back to hole (you can use this route).
If you jump down now, the rooms below exit.
That is Bridget's presidential room.
Jump closer to the right this time.
Those are sick rooms from cutscene.
Inside of going to Sam, swim downwards.
Explore Bridget's room from inside the seam.
This is the big room Sam met deadman.
Elevator where Sam went down is here.
Swim between elevators and sick rooms.
Those are sick beds inside sick rooms.
Go inside through this area.
You are inside.
Look at sick rooms and sick beds.
These are modeled because of cutscenes.
Go outside and look at sick rooms.
Notice no cabinets in far away rooms.
