Ja Baij Shrine Walkthrough - The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
The old man will appear after you clear Oman Au. He will recommend that you go to the tower to spot the next shrine.

Turn to your right and break through the wall for a chest containing a traveler's claymore.
On your left there is a wall, break it and climb the ladder.
Place a remote bomb on a moving platform and detonate it when it reaches a breakable wall.
Go to the next area and go up the stairs on your right.
Launch a spherical bomb at a breakable wall by placing it in the tube. Detonate it once it hits the wall.
There are moving platforms on the wall. Get on the left one and watch it move you to the other side. Here you will find a chest that contains amber .
Go to the ladder and climb it to the other side. Examine the altar for a spirit Orb.
