Then head to the Windhelm Docks and get the boat to solstheim.
The next thing you have to do is enter the Temple.
And grab the Blessing of Mephala for 10% better prices.
You need to sell the potions to Fethis, then save-Punch-Reload save to reset his gold.

After that, make your way to Glover and buy resources to make Iron Daggers.
You must be at level 23 to find the Banish Enchantment.
You need to make a whole lot of Daggers.
And drop them off in the Barrel next to the enchanter.
After that, go back to Calcelmo and buy filled Lesser and Petty Soul Gems.
Once you have enough, you have to pick up the Mage Stone.
And well rested again.
Enchant the daggers with Banish to level up Enchanting.
After that, head back to Fethis and exchange daggers for a bunch of Grand Soul Gems.
You will need to hit the road to Solitude.
And into Radiant Raiment.
