Mirro Shaz Shrine - The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
The shrine is located on the northern banks of Pico Pond east of woodland Stable.

The path to the right leads to a platform that will take you down to the main area.
The chest to the left contains an iron sledgehammer.
You should stand directly in front of the orb and use stasis on it.
Use your new weapon to hit the orb 5 times.
The orb will end up in the receptacle at the end of the room if you do it correctly.
Go to the new area with the two ladders and the block in the middle.
Until the trajectory arrow turns red, hit the block using stasis.
When you reach the top of the ladder, climb up the newly formed ramp into the altar area.
Head into the left hallway and into a new area, before inspecting the shrine.
To receive another Iron sledgehammer, head down and open the chest.
Hit the orb five times with a heavy weapon but before that use Stasis on it at the center.
Switch to a one-handed weapon quickly and hit the orb.
The lord will fall into the receptacle on the other side of the room if you do it correctly.
Go into the new room and open the chest to get a Giant Ancient Core.
To get your spirit orb, inspect the shrine.
