They said they have put in place new policies to ensure a simple return experience.

They tweeted it as a response to Gamers Nexus’ recent video, there is no doubt.

They bought it for testing and shortly after decided it was no longer required. They shipped the product back to the retailer under Newegg’s return policy.

But the return was shortly denied, claiming the product was damaged.

They refunded them and returned the motherboard.

The motherboard was an open-box product, it had already been opened before being sent out to them and this also explains the damage.

They discovered that they had rejected the cost to repair and returned the item to them broken.
