Amazing Details You Might’ve Missed (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Swanson's Bible

The first detail you can find at camp. As you find out during the story, reverend Swanson is addicted to morphine and alcohol.

When you open his Bible in the camp, you will find morphine and a syringe inside.

Nell IV

After chapter 6, if you look at uncle's horse, you will notice a mustache on its face; it is the only horse in the game that has a mustache. In real life, some horses do have mustaches as well.

Mask in Armadillo

If you wear a mask in Armadillo, some people think you put it on due to the Cholera outbreak. Some people will tell you that it's a good idea; some will tell you that wearing a mask is pointless.

Small Game Arrows

To get a perfect carcass from small animals, you'll need small game arrows. If you look at them up close, you will notice a shotgun shell at the tip.

That's so you can kill the animals with blunt force. If you go to Annesburg, you will notice that the waters there are polluted, and you will see its effect on fish.

Killing Rats

You'll gain honor if you kill the rats in towns. The game doesn't give you honor for killing the biggest one, though.

Animals' Eyes

The next one truly shows Rockstar's attention to detail. If you look at animals from up close, you will notice that the world around them is reflected in their eyes.

Arthur & Abigail

You can find the next detail in Arthur's journal.

After taking jack fishing, Arthur mentions that he should have married Abigail. He never went through with it because of his relationship with Mary.

Amputee

During one of the chance encounters, you need to take a man to the doctor. The doctor will amputate the man's arm.

You can find him being hanged later on for killing a woman, making fun of his disability.

Larned Sod

You can find a Grave next to a tree at this location on the map.

The man who lives in the house comes to visit the grave every day, and he's most likely paying respects to his dead wife.
