The tattoo shows a deleted pirate treasure hunt.

The first stop on the Tattoo is the pirate ship.

Originally you can find the pirate ship on Guarma and this pirate Skeleton inside.

You can find the ship on this island.

Instead of the outfit, you can find a private hat inside.

The second pirate treasure location is next to a tree on Guarma.

Afte being delivered, the location was placed here.

Near a Tree, there's a destroyed boat with a skeleton inside.

You can pick up the broken pirate sword.

The trail ends on a treasure chest.

At some point on Guarma, you can acquire the pirate skeleton key to open the chest.

This time the chest is unlocked and you can find it here.

The pirate tried to bury the treasure chest but was attacked by an alligator. From the looks of it, they ended up killing each other.

It is more or less that the treasure trail would've looked like on Guarma.

Its a shame that the developers didn't have time to finish the Guarma content.
