The Isolated Plateau - The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
After you finish the fourth shrine on the plateau, the old man appears once you exit the shrine.
A man appears and tells you to meet him at the temples where the shrines cross. It's the time of the temple.
When you reach the temple, there will be a glowing statue of a goddess at the far end.
You can go up to it and pray. You will be given a choice of two items: a heart container or a stamina vessel.
The broken wall of the temple is on your right. You will need to go through it.
A ladder is nearby. You can use it to climb onto the temple roof.
If you climb up to the top, you will be able to see the old man. Climbing up is what triggers the cutscene.
After the cutscene, you'll be given a new item called the paraglider and can either head straight for Ganon or track down Impa.
When the cutscene ends, you can take the bow from the chest next to you.
After you complete all of the shrine quests, your new best friend will finally be yours. It will be a paraglider.
We recommend getting used to it as soon as possible, it makes traveling a lot easier.
